Design

Generating and maintaining a web site in-house is a realistic option since the introduction of WYSIWYG html editors. However, good graphic design is essential if you are to maintain the integrity of your company image and hold your customer's attention.

We advise our clients to allow us to design the whole site based around a concept which usually starts with the company logo. This allows us to make the look of the site coherent with the company image and can often make all the difference in terms of usability.

Once the web site is up and running we encourage our clients to maintain the web site in-house, where possible, using our iBlurbs content management system, as the only skills needed are proficiency with a word processor and having spent a little time online.

Programming

CGI scripting, perl, dhtml, cold fusion and java programming are available for those who require online ordering facilities, customer feedback forms, database back-ends, content management systems, hit statistics analysis, and so on.

Prices

Our charges are £35 per hour. Bespoke programming work and on-site consultancy and training are charged for on a per-job basis. We charge £20 per hour for over-the-phone technical support. We invoice monthly until the work is complete. We normally agree fixed price quotes in advance of undertaking work, but we are also happy to work on a time and materials basis.
